The company currently has 50 employees, including 15 technical core personnel. It has a scientific casting factory, scientific casting engineers and testing methods, as well as decades of experience in machine tool casting and technical personnel. It has always pursued, learned and absorbed new casting processes and melting methods at home and abroad. Mature and stable in machine tool castings with high mechanical performance, high rigidity, low stress, and easy cutting.

After one year of natural aging, all castings of the company undergo a second annealing aging to completely eliminate stress. All machine tool castings are made of HT300 low stress cast iron to achieve the goal of reducing wear. All joint surfaces and guide rails are finely ground and then manually scraped and polished to ensure the overall quality of the machine tool.

The company obtained ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification in 2009.

The company is mainly dedicated to the processing equipment required for quartz product processing and glass product processing, such as different models of quartz lathes, pipe expanders, and grinders. Lathes are mainly used for hot processing of glass and quartz, and for circular blowing and sealing of glass or quartz.

The lathe adopts a linear guide rail design with dual chain synchronous transmission, especially a hexagonal transmission shaft with adjustable shaft sleeve, which solves the problem of instantaneous asynchrony and achieves high precision required for glass processing.

The lathe adopts linear guide slider motion, which reduces wear on the headboard and guide rails and extends their service life.

The lathe has increased the center height, extended the machining distance of the chuck, and adopted TH300 full casting design, which has increased the overall weight and achieved good stability during operation, improving product quality.
