TH7080 Engraving and milling machine optical machine

The whole piece is precision cast with HT250 cast iron resin sand core, and the gantry and column are cast as a whole with complete aging treatment, strong rigidity, and no deformation. The guide rail and screw rod are products of Taiwan Shangyin, and the guide rail is an HGH35HAH extended heavy-duty slider with pre tightening. The installation surface is fixed with a strong tightening block to prevent the guide rail from loosening due to vibration and affecting accuracy. The screw is a C3 grade pre tightened grinding screw, fixed at both ends and pre stretched to eliminate errors caused by temperature rise of the screw. All bearings are paired and equipped with domestic manufacturer's automatic lubrication device. The Y-axis is equipped with a stainless steel plate protective cover. All precision items are strictly inspected according to national standards before leaving the factory. The appearance is spray painted, and the color can be made according to customer requirements. The optical machine does not contain any electrical components.
