TH1480 Engraving and milling machine optical machine

The overall component is precision cast with HT250 cast iron resin sand core, with a movable gantry and a fixed worktable. The Y-axis is dual driven, supported by 4 tracks, and the X-axis is supported by 3 tracks. The guide rail and screw are products of Taiwan Shangyin, and the guide rail is HGW35CAH. The installation surface is fixed with strong tightening blocks to prevent the guide rail from loosening due to vibration and affecting accuracy. The screw is a C3 grade pre tightened grinding screw, fixed at both ends and pre stretched to eliminate errors caused by temperature rise of the screw. All bearings are paired and equipped with automatic lubrication devices from domestic manufacturers. X and Y axis flexible accordion protective covers can be provided (but need to be purchased separately). All precision items are strictly inspected according to national standards before leaving the factory. The appearance is spray painted, and the color can be made according to customer requirements. The optical machine does not contain any electrical components.
