The whole is precision cast HT250 cast iron resin sand core, fully time treated, and the gantry and column are cast as one, with strong rigidity and not easy to deform. The worktable is movable, and the guide rail and screw are produced by Taiwan Shangyin. The screw adopts C3 grade grinding ball screw, and all bearings are paired with domestic brand automatic lubrication device. The Y-axis is equipped with stainless steel plate protective cover. All precision items are strictly inspected and shipped according to national standards. The appearance paint has been sprayed, and the color can also be made according to user requirements. The optical machine does not include any electrical components.
