Zhuozhou Tianheqi Machine Tool Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. is an enterprise dedicated to manufacturing equipment for glass products such as quartz and high borosilicate.
Since its establishment in 2007, we have been committed to equipment for deep processing of "high borosilicate", quartz glass tubes, and hard and brittle materials. The company has 48 employees, including 12 management personnel and 7 technical personnel.
The relevant castings of the company's machine tool products are completely made using traditional machine tool manufacturing processes. All castings are naturally aged for one year and then subjected to a second artificial annealing treatment to completely eliminate stress. All castings are cast iron 250-300 low stress castings, and the bed guide rail is Taiwan Shangyin linear guide rail. The joint surface of the guide rail is finely ground and then manually scraped and polished to ensure the overall accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
The company's main products currently include various models of quartz and high borosilicate tube deep processing glass lathes, expansion tube shaping lathes, vertical mills, double-sided mills, and other equipment. The lathes are mainly used for thermal processing, docking, and blowing of glass and quartz glass. There are two series of products, manual and electric. All electric systems and electrical components are made of Taiwan's Delta products.
